Three directives guide Our fintech
The principles we strongly support guide us in our decisions and define our identity in the market.
Competences
We believe that building algorithms means making choices and pursue them taking both responsibilities and risks.
We believe that competences are the unique mean to value a risk and make decisions. That is to answer to the questions our job asks. In Radiqant we behave in order to make each of us develop a single, great competence, which is enclosed by a myriad of soft skills in similar topic.
Time and consistency are two key partners of our business: to recognize the market cyclical inefficiencies, time and focus are needed. In particular, consistency in pursuing them is needed as well as the awareness to consider the failed evidences as integral part of the result – and the major value of our algorithms.
Time, which is spent in the formulation of hypothesis, in the several tests and in the evaluation mechanisms is, to all intents and purposes, an ingredient of our output.
We believe in the “state of flow”: we know that every day of human life is characterized by a constant evolution.
The same occurs in the markets, and in our strategies living in those markets.
This is why we consider essential in our algorithms the presence of a sense of adaptation to what changes. If we learn a method to look at the changes and to their relative risks as typical component of our experiences, then we will find the way to benefit from each situation.
So, we will be certain of the results even in the several contexts that our algorithm will face.
